The monthly premiums for Blue Dental plans for groups with 2–50 lives have been increased by 1.5%. For new members, these rates will go into effect June 1, 2025. For existing members, new rates will go into effect on the group's renewal date.

The new premium rates are reflected in My Business Manager℠. 

Please note: Rates are the same for stand-alone dental plans and dental plans added to a medical plan.
